A prophecy inscribed on stone, a bronze Celtic bell, a fabled tree, and a long, straight passageway beneath a hill threatened by a drilling company and a woman who strangely resembles Morgan Le Fay lead four children into a stitch in time and to the Sleepers, an early Celtic King Arthur, and his men.

Somewhat disappointing in comparison to the other Curry books I've read recently. It oughtn't to have been as I love the Arthurian subject matter but too much of the first half was tedious. For some reason, none of the characters struck a spark and that almost proved fatal.

One of my favorite novels when I was a middle-school aged child ever. I was a geeky girl obsessed with King Arthur and this story was perfect for me.
